If you loved hearing Alicia Keys singing “Empire State of Mind,” otherwise known as our 21st century update of a New York City anthem, with Jay-Z countless times this fall and winter, but wondered…what about all of us who don’t actually live in NYC? Well, Stephen Colbert fixed that and then some last night, when he did a duet with Keys and reworked Jay-Z’s lyrics into a rap from a distinctly suburban point of view. Colbert FTW!
